Shipping Policy

VELAR currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates.

Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location.

Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped during the following business days.

Tracking information will be sent to the customer via SMS or email once available.

Shipping Fees

The standard delivery fee is AED 25.

A delivery fee of AED 50 applies to the following remote areas:

Hatta & Surrounding Areas:
Al Hebab, Nazwa, Al Madam, Muzairah, Masfout, Al Huwaylat, Al Manai, Wadi Al Helo, and Shawka.

Al Ain Outlying Areas:
Al Qua’a, Al Wagan, Al Khatim, Remah, and Al Khaznah.

Western Region:
Al Mirfa and the Western Region.

Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number when placing an order and for following up with the shipping company when necessary.

Delivery times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If an order needs to be reshipped for any reason, including failure to receive the shipment, providing an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to respond to the shipping company within the specified delivery period, the customer will be responsible for the applicable reshipping fees.
